Every Atelier wallet is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and stitching for 2 years from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
Construction failures: stitching that comes undone, hardware that fails, or leather that splits along a seam under normal use.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear, color fading or patina development from regular use, or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper care.
How to Make a Claim
Contact us with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll review the claim and, at our discretion, repair or replace the piece.
Caring for Your Wallet
Full-grain leather ages best with light, occasional conditioning and by avoiding prolonged exposure to water and direct heat. A little care goes a long way toward a lifetime of use.
